1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of Iberian food products concluded on this website between [TO BE COMPLETED: company name] (the “Seller”) and consumers. Products are delivered only to the area stated in Article 6.
2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. The weight of whole pieces (hams and shoulders) varies naturally from one piece to another: it falls within the range stated on the product page, and approximate weights (≈) may vary slightly, without affecting the price. Photographs are as faithful as possible; there may be slight differences in appearance or weight between them and the product delivered.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and are final prices: they include the applicable VAT and delivery to France and Germany, with no extra charges. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order
Before confirming the order, the customer can review its details and total price, and correct at any time the information entered in the cart and on the “Complete your order” page. The order is placed by clicking the “Place order with obligation to pay” button.
The Seller acknowledges receipt of the order without delay by email; this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order by email and, at the latest, with the email containing the payment instructions. The contract may be concluded in Spanish, French, German or English. The Seller keeps the text of the contract and sends the customer, by email, a summary of the order and these terms and conditions of sale.
5. Payment and retention of title
Payment is made by card when the order is placed, on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The Seller never sees or stores the card details. The order is shipped once payment has been confirmed. The products remain the property of the Seller until their price has been paid in full.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the customer, in Germany and mainland France (including Corsica; excluding overseas territories and Monaco), within the times stated on the “Shipping” page.
If the parcel shows visible damage, the customer is advised to record precise reservations with the courier, if possible at the time of delivery, and to inform the Seller as soon as possible. Failing to record reservations or to inform the Seller does not deprive the customer of any statutory rights, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity.
7. Right of withdrawal
The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and its exceptions for perishable products and unsealed products, are set out on the “Right of withdrawal” page.
8. Legal guarantees
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the applicable consumer legislation (for example, in France, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation and the guarantee against hidden defects in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Code civil; in Germany, §§ 434 et seq. of the BGB).

10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by the law of [TO BE COMPLETED: country], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident.
